These terms govern the FitCV web app and the FitCV browser extension, operated by Vizento Labs, LLC. Using FitCV means accepting these terms.
The service
FitCV evaluates job postings against your own CV, generates tailored CVs and cover letters from your own history, and keeps your applications organized. Generated documents are drafts built from what you provided: review them before you send them. A fit verdict is guidance, not a hiring prediction, and no outcome is promised.
Your account and acceptable use
You need an account, created through our sign-in provider, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Do not use FitCV to misrepresent your qualifications, to process resumes of people who have not asked you to, or to probe, scrape or overload the service. You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to digital services in your country.
Plans, billing and allowances
Paid plans are sold through Polar, our merchant of record, billed weekly, monthly or every three months, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the renewal; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Every plan’s usage allowances are stated on the plan and enforced per week regardless of billing period; they are a ceiling for abuse, not a hidden throttle. Prices may change with notice, never mid-period.
Refunds
A first purchase is refundable in full on request within 14 days: write to us, no questions required. Renewals may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion. Refunds are processed by Polar back to the original payment method.
Your content
Your resume, postings, documents and profile remain yours. You grant us the license needed to process them to provide the service and nothing more. Delete them, or your account, at any time.
Warranty and liability
FitCV is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Vizento Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will say why.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially we will note the new date at the top; continued use after a change is acceptance. Contact: support@fit-cv.co.
